TUITION, ROOM & BOARD
$445 with early registration discount, received
by June 1st
$495 after June 1st.
Six nights, Monday through Saturday, plus meals, Tuesday breakfast
to Sunday breakfast. The fee is the same, whether staying
in a cabin, tent, or RV. Vegetarian meals must be arranged
in advance. Camp check-in is Monday Aug. 4, after 3 pm. Camp
check-out is Sunday, Aug. 10, at noon.
TUITION ONLY - $345 - includes all evening
events, including the Monday evening welcome barbecue. All
other meals are extra. Although some people may need to commute
for personal reasons, we encourage students to choose the
room and board option. Being away from everyday cares and
responsibilities allows for intense focus on music.
STUDENTS UNDER 18 years old, who can
maintain an adult level of participation, must be accompanied
by a parent who is enrolled as a student or non-student. Please
contact us for more details.
NON-STUDENTS - $250 -must be accompanied
by a full-tuition student. Spouses/partners, parents, and
children over 12 who are not taking adult classes are welcome.
The fee includes housing, meals and all evening events, and is
the same whether staying in a cabin, tent, or RV.
CHILDREN 4-12 - $250 - must be accompanied
by a full-tuition parent. This rate is for children who will
not be attending any adult instructional classes. The fee
includes housing and meals, whether staying in a cabin, tent,
or RV, plus supervised, age appropriate activities during
adult classes.
FAMILY DISCOUNT - the fourth and each
additional family member receives $25 discount.
FINANCIAL AID - The camp may have limited
work trade positions available, based on financial need. Contact
us for info.
DEPOSIT - A deposit of $200 for full-time students,
and $100 for non-students or children 4-12, is required with
registration. Balance is due at check-in.
CANCELLATION FEES
$50 per person until June 1, 2008
$150 per person from June 1 to July 22, 2008
No refunds thereafter.
The Alaska Traditional Music Camp reserves the right to make
substitutions in staff when necessary due to circumstances
beyond our control, and to cancel any class for which there
is not sufficient enrollment by June 1st.
